Returns

You can return the item(s) purchased on www.parisremade.fr within 14 days after the order arrives to get a refund voucher or exchange. Our items are made to order and specially  sourced for each clients order.

Thereby our policy is rather to provide a voucher instead of refund to minimise waste and staying in our circular model of sustainability. 

We are gladly to assist you in case the item is not to your satisfaction.

Item(s) must be unworn, unused and in saleable condition in the original packing with all original tags attached.  We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchange for items bought at a reduced or sale price.

You may use any postal service at your own risk. Paris re Made cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent a trackable, insured service and items are well packed. 

Paris re Made reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will  be notified via email. 

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds Voucher

Once we receive the item(s), you will be send a voucher within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you on the status of your voucher after inspecting the item(s). The amount of the voucher will be the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase, we will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

Faulty Items 

If any item(s) are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days from received order. Please email customerservice@parisremade.fr and include your order number and a photograph illustrating the fault.
