Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Item(s) must be unworn, unused and in sellable condition in the original packing with all original tags attached. We are not able to refund or exchange custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchange for items purchased at a reduced or sale price.

You may use any postal service at your own risk. Paris re Made cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We do not cover additional customer taxes. Please make sure all return packages are sent a trackable, insured service and items are well packed.
Orders returned to us without a return form may face delays in processing. Paris re Made reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive the item(s), you will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase, we will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

Faulty Items
If any item(s) are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days from received order. Please email samira@parisremade.fr and include your order number and a photograph illustrating the fault.
