Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us, you will agree to the following Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website and govern the contract between you (the "Customer") and Paris re Made (the "Company").

 

Order Process

  1. Placing an Order
    When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. After receiving your order, we will send an email confirmation that we have received it (“Order Confirmation”). This does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract will only be formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a “Shipping Confirmation” email.
  2. Product Availability
    Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, some items may be unavailable at the time of ordering. We will notify you if any items are unavailable and offer alternatives or refund the amount for any items that cannot be fulfilled.

 

Prices and Payment

  1. Pricing
    All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time, but you will always be charged the price that was listed at the time you placed your order.
  2. Payment
    We accept payments through various secure methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other payment platforms as indicated at checkout. Payment will be processed at the time of order placement. If there is any issue with payment authorization, we will notify you.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Fees
    Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and are added at checkout. The estimated shipping cost will be shown before you confirm your purchase.
  2. Shipping Times
    Orders will be shipped from our Atelier within 5 days to 2 weeks due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Information section for more details on delivery times.
  3. Customs and Duties
    Please be aware that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your delivery country.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return Policy
    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact). Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Exchange Process
    If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our returns process and contact us at shop@parisremade.fr for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Cancellations

  1. Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the return process will need to be followed.

 

Limitation of Liability

  1. Our Responsibility
    Paris re Made is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the products purchased, except as expressly required by law.
  2. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to delays due to force majeure events like natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms of Sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
